Microsoft has officially confirmed that a new Fable is in development at Playground Games. A teaser for the game was unveiled on July 23 during Xbox Games Showcase 2020.
"Guys, congratulations again on the great news! Yes, after all these years Fable has risen again! This isn’t a dream! Avo heard our prayers! And the years of waiting have finally gone to Skorm", — said Yegor Sychev, head of the VK community Secrets of Fable Game, reacting to the announcement on behalf of fans.
The community team quickly prepared subtitles for the video, he added.
According to Sychev, what matters most right now is not what the game ultimately turns out to be, but the revival of the series itself. He therefore encouraged Fable fans to celebrate the long-awaited event.
