The first merchandise for the new Fable has appeared in the official Xbox Game Studios Shop — a T-shirt and a mug featuring a Hobbe.
The Fable Hobbe Tee shows a Hobbe with a club embroidered in yellow on the front and back. It costs $34.99. The Fable Hobbe Mug, featuring an image closer to the creature’s in-game appearance, is priced at $24.99.
Both items are available in a dedicated Fable Gear section. Previously, it only featured the game’s Collector’s Edition, which went on sale after Fable’s June presentation and completely sold out within two weeks.
The Xbox Game Studios Shop itself launched in May 2026. At the time, Xbox representatives promised to gradually expand the range of official merchandise for Fable and other games and release new items alongside major events surrounding the projects.
Last week at Gamescom 2026, 18 minutes of Fable gameplay were shown, both with and without developer commentary. The footage shows a playthrough of a story quest in Bowerstone. The Hero arrives in the city following the incident in her hometown of Briar Hill, meets Heroes’ Guild leader Humphry and tries to save him from his debts, including by fighting local bandits.
At the same time, journalists were able to try another demo focused on the combat system. In that section, the Hero and Humphry descend into a mine as part of a different quest and fight Hollow Men and ghosts.
Fable will be released on February 23, 2027, although players who buy the Premium Edition or Collector’s Edition will be able to start playing five days earlier, on February 18.
