The FableGame team, part of the Fable Universe project, wishes all fans of the series a happy 2025 and hopes it will be even better for you than the year before. Thank you for staying with us, friends.
As tradition dictates, here are our predictions for what awaits the Fable universe in the new year.
Cautious skepticism
The “whatever comes out, comes out” attitude will remain, because fans are not expecting too much from the new Fable. More than one release has dashed our hopes before, and it is still unclear what a game in a completely different genre will look like from Playground — a studio best known for racing games.
More attention for the universe
With the new Fable approaching, there will be more content both about it and the earlier games. Old resources will come back to life, another 9,326 reviews will appear, and arguments will become more active. The first one may start right under this post.
Rethinking the lore
Playground’s attempt to fit its story into the wider series will make us remember “what happened before” and compare how everything fits together. There will probably be inconsistencies and retcons.
Questions about access to the game
We will have to figure out how to buy it, how to download it and when. We may also run into problems with a Russian translation. Will you join us in tackling that if things go badly?
