Artist Roman Kropotov has unveiled a large-scale fan artwork dedicated to the new Fable. The piece, titled The Places of Albion, was published in his Telegram channel on January 31.
“It’s time to embrace the fairytale in a big way and become Albion’s greatest Hero! At last, I’m ready to present my fan illustration in all its glory. I worked on it for a long time, full of inspiration, and came away completely at peace,” Kropotov wrote.
The image was created after Xbox Developer_Direct, where Fable gameplay received a major showing. Over the following days, Roman shared sketches with his followers.
The finished piece is packed with detail: it features the Hero, Hobbes, fairies, chickens, Bowerstone Castle and much more.

Kropotov has been creating highly detailed artwork based on the Fable series for years — from Fable Legends and the unreleased Fable 4 to the new Fable. Many of his works have become widely known online. A dedicated album in the FableGame gallery is devoted to Roman’s art.
